Create a new symbol that would fit harmoniously into an existing symbol set, and create a process book that details the design process.

I chose Spotify’s set of music genre symbols and created a new symbol to represent Swing music. The swing dancing shoe ultimately stood out as an apt metaphor for Swing music. The 12 page, saddle-stitched process book prominently features Spotify’s iconic brand element—duotone imagery.
